Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, damaged product), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at (407) 435-3251 or via bakestation.us and we will make it right.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
